NY Times: Saudis Seek Payments for Any Drop in Oil Revenues
Is it a good thing if the only major commodity that ties the Middle East to the rest of the world fairly rapidly loses its value due to new technology/climate change restrictions? If we really are "independent of foreign oil" in 10 years like Obama supposedly is going to move us towards, what happens to the Middle East?
