Honestly? Do they understand what it would mean to us as citizens if they were tried in a military tribunal? Congress hasn't even declared an official war. The war on terror is like the war on drugs, just a war in name only. Does that mean we should have military tribunals for drug lords? What about the war on domestic abuse? Should they get military tribunals? What about the war on theft? Should simple thieves get military tribunals? What about the war on stupidity?
